NEO-DELASTIC PU

Delastic PU is a two-component high-performance polyurethane ceramic tile and stone adhesive for laying ceramic coverings and natural stones on challenging and including vibrating substrates like metal, PVC, and boards coated with plastic materials. It is a solvent-less system which makes it eco-friendly for interior and exterior use.

NEO-DELASTIC T

Delastic T is a two-component high-performance ceramic tile and stone adhesive for laying ceramic coverings and natural stones on difficult and vibrating substrates like metal, PVC, and boards coated with plastic materials. It is an improved (2) reaction resin adhesive (R) and slip-resistant (T) classified as R2T. It is a solvent-less system which makes it eco-friendly for interior and exterior use.

NEO-EPOXY GROUT

 EPOXY GROUT is a state of GROUTING material of the highest quality that provides aesthetic effect and durability. It perfectly prevents stains, spillage, the chemical attack in the filled grove providing thicknesses of tiles, stones. epoxy grout is a thixotropic two-part epoxy-based formulation having excellent resistance to wear and European choice special sheen effect which makes it a darling choice of consultant fraternity.

Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, siliceous aggregates, and additives.
Part B consists of a mixture of organic catalysts.
The advantage of the two-part epoxy grout system of grout is its high user-friendliness i.e. the filling of this GEL filler in the grout is more natural than all the distantly following equivalent products.

It has a matt finish with an ingredient that provides a crystalline sheen effect with ease of cleanability. It is suited for residential and commercial installations including those with total hygiene control, damp and wet environments.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

.Suitable for resistant installation and grouting of floor and wall tiles and mosaic in interiors and
exteriors with grout joints between 2 to 15 mm broad, such as:

  • Floor and wall tiles in general

DIAMOND (NC-R102/NC-H202)

NC-R102 is a modified bisphenol-A-based epoxy adhesive resin to be used in conjunction with Hardener NC-H202. Joints made with this adhesive system can provide high adhesion strength and are resistant to moisture and mild chemicals. The appropriately prepared joints perform well even at a temperature as high as 120°C. It is suitable for bonding a wide variety of metals, ceramics, glass, rubbers, rigid plastics, and other supplies, and is broadly used in many industrial applications where resistance to aggressive or warm environments is required. The low outgassing makes this product suitable for specialist electronic telecommunication and aerospace applications.

PREMIUM (NC-R101/NC-H201)

NC-R101 resin is a modified epoxy resin with thixotropic additives. NC-H201 is suitable to cure epoxy resin at ambient temperature. The bonds prepared by the system are proper to achieve strong adhesion with similar and dissimilar substrates like glass to glass and glass to metal
joining. It is also suitable for bonding a variety of materials, including metal, ceramic, and wood. The electrically insulating adhesive is easy to apply either manually by spatula and a stiff brush or mechanically with meter/mix and coating equipment.

MULTI PURPOSE (NC‐R104/NC‐H204) AND NC-R135/NC-H235

NC‐R104 resin is a modified epoxy resin. NC‐H204 is suitable to cure epoxy resin at ambient temperature. It is also fit for bonding a variety of materials, including metal, ceramic, and concrete.
